Example

학교에 가요.

I go to school.
그 여자는 진짜 예뻐요.

That girl is really pretty.
날씨가 정말 좋아요.

The weather is really nice.
그 사람은 어디에 살아요?

V+아/어/여 is one of the most common verb endings in Korean. Also note that it is very common that V+아/어/여 is used along with -요 to make the sentence polite.
