Usage

This carries two of the same meanings as V+(으)ㄹ까, except it is generally used with question words like "who", "what", "when", "where", "why", or "how", and not used for yes-or-no questions. For this reason it does not share the meaning of a suggestion, which is a yes-or-no question. ㄹ꼬 additionally carries a more solemn or austere tone than ㄹ까.
