Used to give commands or requests in an informal manner.
Example
  • 밥을 먹어라.
    Eat your rice.
  • 집에 가서 숙제를 해라.
    Go home and do your homework.
  • 창문을 닫아라. 바람이 너무 많이 들어와.
    Close the window. Too much wind is coming in.

Negative forms

Commanding or requesting someone to not do something you use the negative form 지 마라
