Polite question

Used when the speaker asks the listener politely.
Example
  • 보통 몇 시에 잡니까?
    What time do you usually go to bed?
  • 신랑 좀 빌려주시겠습니까?
    Could you lend me your husband for a moment?
  • 질문 있습니까?
    Do you have any questions?

This is the interrogative form of V+(스)ㅂ니다.

Alternative forms

Much like V+(스)ㅂ니다, the interrogative form also had an older form -읍니까 after final consonants ㅆ and ㅄ. See the declarative form for more.
