홈쇼핑을 보고 있노라면 언제 시간이 갔는지 알 수 없을 지경이었다.

When I was watching home shopping channels, I couldn't tell when time passed.
어머니 사진을 보느라면, 어머니가 보고 싶어져요.

Whenever I look at my mother's photo, I miss her.

It can be replaced by 다(가) 보면.
It sounds a bit old fashioned, so it is less commonly used than 다(가) 보면 nowadays.
느라면 is a less commonly used form of 노라면.
