Onto / Into

onto, into, on, in

Shows where something is put or added.

Example

테이블에다가 노트북을 놨어요.

I put the laptop on the table.
그릇에다가 밥을 담았어요.

I put rice into the bowl.
박스에다가 책을 넣으세요.

Put the books into the box.
종이에다가 이름을 쓰세요.

Write your name on the paper.
냉장고에다가 두유를 넣었어요.

I put soy milk in the fridge.
펜을 어디다가 두었어요?

Where did you put the pen?

A few notes

Not to be confused with V+다가.
The 에 part can be omitted sometimes (e.g. 여기다가) source
